Conditioning:

Run 800 meters

Run 2 x 400 meters

Run 4 x 200 meters

Run 8 x 100 meters

Use a 1-to-1 run to rest ratio.  If you run the 800 m in 4:00 minutes, rest 4 minutes before your begin your first 400 m run.  Use your last run time as your rest interval.
