Strength:

Bench Press – 5 x 5 (progressive load)

Conditioning: 

Perform as many reps in 2 minutes of each of the following exercises:

Air squats

Pull ups

Deadlift (135/95)

Lateral jumps over the barbell

Hand release push ups

Sit ups

** No rest between movements. 2 minutes of squats directly into 2 minutes of pull ups…**
