COMPLIMENTARY CLASS THIS MORNING AT 8:30…see you then!

CFHT is in full force starting on Friday, November 1.  3 classes – 8:30am, 5:30pm, and 6:45pm.

STRENGTH:

Front Squat  5×3  (sets across)

CONDITIONING:

3 Rounds:

10 Goblet Squats (53/35)

20 Walking Lunges (total)

30 Sit Ups

40 Double Unders (sub 3x singles)
