REMINDER:  There will be a meeting on Wednesday, February 12 at 8:00pm at the gym for all athletes who are interested in participating in the CrossFit Open.  We encourage everyone to participate…it will be lots of fun!!!

Complete the following complex:

1 Power Clean (135/95)

1 Hang Power Clean (135/95)

1 Front Squat (135/95)

1 Shoulder to Overhead (135/95)

**The bar is NOT to touch ground once the complex has started.**
