CONDITIONING #1:

2 x 500m Row for time (rest as needed between rounds)

CONDITIONING #2:

With 15 minutes on the clock, do the following:

1 Minute of Burpees

2 Minutes of Air Squats

3 Minutes of Push Ups

4 Minutes of Sit Ups

5 Minutes of Pull Ups

10 Tools for Getting Better at Pull Ups
