Open Workout 14.4 is a long, resource-intensive workout.  We will be running 5 athletes per heat, beginning at 4:45pm.  Priority for the heats will go to those athletes signed up for the Open.  If you did not sign up for the Open and there is an opening in a heat, then you will be added (like flying standby on Christmas Eve).  

We will fill each heat before opening any following heats.  Be deliberate and thorough in your warm-up.  

Remember, the only scheduled classes are 8:30am and 12:00pm.

50 Toes-to-Bar

40 Wall Balls (20/14)

30 Cleans (135/95)

20 Muscle Ups
