This is the last week of the 2014 CF Open, which means this will be the last week of our modified Thursday and Friday schedule.  We will be back to normal hours/class times starting next Monday, March 31.  

Yoga will be staying on the schedule.  We are still working on the day and time.  We will let y’all know as soon as we have a firm answer.  If you have any preferences on day and time, please let us know.  We value all the input we can get!

STRENGTH:

Strict Press  4 – 4 – 4 – 4 – 4  (sets across)

CONDITIONING:

EMOM, 10 Minutes:

3 Hang Power Cleans (135/95)

5 Burpees Over the Bar

**If the athlete drops the bar or does not complete the round, there will be a 5 burpee penalty for each round added at the end of the workout.**
