The CrossFit Open has officially come to an end.  THANK YOU to everyone who participated in the workouts, cheered athletes on until the end, and called CFHT their “home” on Friday nights!  Matt and I could not be more proud of each and every one of you for your determination, drive, and commitment to the task set forth each week.  It was not easy.  And when you felt like you couldn’t do one more rep, y’all found it in you to keep going.  I would say that the first Open season at CFHT was a huge success and we can’t wait to do it again with all of you next year…so let the training begin!!!

This week goes back to our normal schedule.  We will have regular a class schedule on Thursdays and Fridays.  The only exception will be the 6:45pm class on Thursday is now Yoga.  There will not be a CrossFit class at that time.  

STRENGTH:

Deadlift  3 – 3 – 3 – 3 – 3  at 75% of 1RM

CONDITIONING:

20 – 16 – 12 – 8 – 4

Lunges with Bar in Front Rack Position (115/75)

Push Press (115/75)
