Friday is CFHT Night at Lululemon – Savannah from 5:30-7:00pm!!  There will be snacks, drinks, and DISCOUNTS!!!  Be sure to stop in and shop for a bit!  We will still have regular classes at the gym.

STRENGTH:

Back Squat  3 – 3 – 3  (85% of 1RM)

CONDITIONING:

10 – 9 – 8 – 7- 6 – 5 – 4 – 3 – 2 – 1  

Push Jerk (115/75)

1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 – 6 – 7 – 8 – 9 – 10

Box Jump (24/20)

The first round the athlete will do 10 Push Jerks and 1 Box Jump, second round will be 9 Push Jerks and 2 Box Jumps, and so on….
