Remember there is Yoga tonight at 6:45 with Liz.  Feel free to bring your friends to this as well as CrossFit classes!

The Pull Up Challenge starts today!!  Score sheets are in the office.  Make sure you have a coach sign off on your pull ups for the day.  Good luck!

CONDITIONING:

EMOM, 14 Minutes:

Even:  3 Deadlifts (275/185)

Odd:  ME Ring Rows

CASH OUT:

5 x 50m Sprints
