why crossfit

“Bring a Friend Week” is coming to an end.  We’ve had an AMAZING turnout!  It was great to meet all of your friends and get to show them what CFHT has to offer!  We hope to see them back in the gym again!  You still have today and tomorrow to bring whoever you would like for FREE!!

STRENGTH:

Bench Press  5 – 5 – 5  (progressive)

CONDITIONING:

30 – 20 – 10

Strict Press (45/35)

Front Squat (45/35)

Parallette Jumps
