REMINDERS:

1.  There is NO YOGA this Thursday.

2.  We will have 2 classes on Memorial Day:  9:00am and 10:00am.  

3.  Tuesday, May 27 begins our new schedule.  We will have a 9:45 class Monday-Friday.  The noon class will be on hiatus for the summer, and will return again in September.

STRENGTH:

Power Cleans  3 @ 70%, 3 @ 80%, 3+ @ 90%
