Tomorrow we unfortunately have our last workout with The Singletons.  We would love for everyone to join us at 10am for the “BS WOD”….let’s send Bry and Scott off with one final memory at CFHT.

Monday (Memorial Day) we will have classes at 9:00am and 10:00am.

Tuesday begins our 9:45am class, Monday thru Friday.
