YOGA is back tonight at 6:45!!!  There will NOT be a CrossFit class at this time – we are back to our regular Yoga schedule.

Our fearless leader, Matt, will be doing 1,612 burpees on Saturday morning starting at 7:00am.  This is the promise he made to do a burpee for every dollar raised for Mike’s Hiking for Heroes at “Chicks and Chaps” last weekend.  Come on out and support him or even jump in for a burpee…or 2….

STRENGTH:
