The days are getting hot and the gym is getting even hotter!  For most of you, this is the first summer of crossfitting in 100 degree weather and it takes some getting used to.  Be sure to drink plenty of water and eat something before you come to workout.  We don’t want anyone getting sick or passing out on us during a WOD.  Also, be smart.  If you are feeling sick or light headed, don’t be a hero…STOP!!!  We are not preparing for the NFL Combine here!

CONDITIONING:

15 Burpee Pull Ups

400m Run

50 Kettlebell Swings (55/35)

400m Run

15 Burpee Pull Ups
