SATURDAY MORNING: Class will be held at JF Gregory Park in RH at 9:30am. We will be having a “Ruck Challenge”. It will be a 3 mile run/walk around the loop. Anyone is invited to attend. FEMALE WEIGHT: 20-25# MALE WEIGHT: 40-50# I will bring some small weights from the gym, but I won’t have enough for everyone, so if you can stuff your bag with weights, etc, then please do so. We will meet under the pavilion. THERE WON’T BE OPEN GYM OR CLASS AT CFHT.
