TOMORROW MORNING: Class will be held at JF Gregory Park in RH at 9:30am. We will be having a “Ruck Challenge”. It will be a 3 mile run/walk around the loop. Anyone is invited to attend. FEMALE WEIGHT: 20-25# MALE WEIGHT: 40-50# I will bring some small weights from the gym, but I won’t have enough for everyone, so if you can stuff your bag with weights, etc, then please do so. We will meet under the pavilion. THERE WON’T BE OPEN GYM OR CLASS AT CFHT.
The gym is being moved around this weekend. If you have any personal belongings, be sure to take them with you today when you leave or you may never see them again…unless you shop at Goodwill!
Starting on Monday, we will be entering the gym through the front of the building. All personal belongings will remain in the front. You can continue to park in the back or start parking in the parking lot. We want to alleviate some of the congregating after class on the main floor. Feel free to hang out as long as you want in the front….in the AC!!!
Also, the old office will now be the Kids’ Room. All children MUST remain in the Kids’ Room during classes – NO EXCEPTIONS. The door will remain open and there will be a gate so they can’t get out. Please be sure to clean up any toys, food, wrappers, etc before you leave. We are not going to store any toys, books, crayons, coloring books, etc for the next day…everything goes home at the end of the class.
