The gym has been transformed this weekend – we can’t wait for y’all to see it!  Now, the only thing left to do is bring down the walls!  Starting tomorrow, everyone will be entering the gym through the front of the building. All personal belongings will remain in the front. You can continue to park in the back or start parking in the parking lot. We want to alleviate some of the congregating after class on the main floor. Feel free to hang out as long as you want in the front….in the AC!!!

Also, the old office will now be the Kids’ Room. All children MUST remain in the Kids’ Room during classes – NO EXCEPTIONS. The door will remain open and there will be a gate so they can’t get out. Please be sure to clean up any toys, food, wrappers, etc before you leave. We are not going to store any toys, books, crayons, coloring books, etc for the next day…EVERYTHING goes home at the end of the class.

9 Hang Power Cleans (135/95)

12 Box Jumps (24/20)
