On Friday, July 4th, we will be having only one class at 9:00am.  There is not a cap on the number of people for class, but please sign up in MindBody so we can prepare accordingly.

If you sign up for a class and then realize you can’t make it, please be sure to cancel your reservation so that someone else can take your spot.
