Below is the workout that we will be doing on Saturday for Madison. Please know what division you want to do upon arrival. Remember, there is a 25 minute cap in all divisions.

RX DIVISION:

7 Tire Flips
7 Push Press (95/65)
7 Burpees
7 American Kettlebell Swings (55/35)
7 Lunges each leg
**100m Run between rounds
SCALED DIVISION:
7 Rounds:
7 Ring Rows
7 Knee Push Ups
7 Tire Flips
7 Push Press (65/45)
7 Burpees
7 Russian Kettlebell Swings (55/35)
7 Lunges Each Leg
**100m Run between rounds
BEGINNER DIVISION:
4 Rounds:
7 Ring Rows
7 Knee Push Ups

7 Russian Kettlebell Swings (35/35)
7 Lunges Each Leg
