Today begins “CrossFit Girls Week” at CFHT!!  5 days….5 benchmark workouts!!  Who’s ready?!?!?!

This is also the de-load week for our current strength cycle.  Next week we will be testing 1RM for the movements we have been doing.

STRENGTH:

Back Squat  5 @ 40%, 5 @ 50%, 5 @ 60%

CONDITIONING:
