The gym is COMPLETE!  It was a long weekend, but very well worth it!  We can’t wait for y’all to see it tomorrow….no pictures until tomorrow night!  Again, THANK YOU to everyone who came out and helped us this weekend – we wouldn’t have finished without you!

A new gym brings some changes.  The 6:45pm class is now going to be capped at 21 people.  The rest will remain at 16.  There will be 2 coaches at 6:45 Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.  We would like to introduce 2 new coaches to the coaching staff – Kristle Cline and Zach Jason.  They both come to CFHT with years of CrossFit experience, both as athletes and coaches.  They will be coaching in the evenings.  Please be sure to welcome Kris and Zach to the CFHT community. 

The old rules still apply – sign up for classes in MindBody (or a burpee penalty), clean up after yourself and your kids, no equipment is put away until all athletes are finished, and always be sure to introduce yourself to the “new guy”!
