A few announcements to start the week…..

1.  There will be NO YOGA on Thursday night.  We WILL be having a CrossFit class at 6:45 instead of the Yoga.

2.  LADIES!!!!  Remember that Friday night is Girl’s Night/Lululemon Swap Fest at the gym!!  Festivities will start at 8:00pm.  It is BYOB and please bring some food to share….and of course whatever Lululemon you would like to sale (or any workout gear)!!

3.  On Saturday, August 23, we are going to have a Pull Up/CTB Clinic at the gym at 9:00am.  It is going to be led by our own, Kristle Cline.  If you are wanting to get your first pull up or even become more efficient at them, then be sure to attend.  We are hoping to do a different clinic once a month, so if there is something you want to put on the list, please let Matt or Julie know.  There will be NO OPEN GYM this day.  The clinic is for MEMBERS ONLY.

 

SKILLWORK:

Pistols (1-legged air squats)

CONDITIONING:

10 Minute AMRAP

2 Pistols (1 each leg)

2 1-arm KBS (1 each arm) (55/35)

4 Pistols

4 1-arm KBS

6 Pistols

6 1-arm KBS

….and so on…..
