On Saturday, August 23 we will be having a Pull Up Clinic at the gym at 9:00am.  It will be taught by Coach Kristle.  This clinic is for MEMBERS ONLY!!!  There will NOT be Open Gym, but we will still have a 10:00am workout.

STRENGTH:

Power Cleans  3 – 3 – 3 – 3 (progressive)

CONDITIONING:

6 Minute AMRAP:

6 Back Squats (95/65)

12 Weighted Sit Ups (25/15)

*1 minute rest*

4 Minute AMRAP:

4 Front Squats (95/65)

8 Weighted Sit Ups (25/15)

*1 minute rest*

2 Minute AMRAP:

2 Overhead Squats (95/65)

4 Weighted Sit Ups (25/15)
