A few announcements/reminders for “SQUATEMBER”:

1.  This month’s programming will consist of lots of squatting – back and front squats each week for our strength program – so get ready to get looooowwwww!!!!

2.  There will NOT be any evening classes on Monday, September 15 due to the “Rolling on the Floor Laughing” Mobility Clinic.  Please visit https://rotflht.eventbrite.com/ to sign up for this clinic.

3.  The “Rise of the South” competition in Statesboro is Saturday, September 13 and Sunday, September 14.  We have about 20 competitors going between the 2 days.  Come on out and show some support for your fellow CFHT athletes!!!

4.  This Saturday, September 6, we will be having a Nutrition Seminar with Zach.  It starts at 11am.  There will be a Nutrition Challenge starting on Monday, September 8.  All of the details for this challenge will be discussed at the Saturday seminar.

5.  Please be sure to sign up for classes using MindBody.  Compliance has been down the past few weeks, so let’s get back on track with that.  THANK YOU to those of you who religiously sign in!!  Remember, if you don’t sign up, there will be a 25 burpee penalty.

6.  Please be sure to clean up after yourself and your kids before you leave – tape, water bottles, clothes, shoes, kid’s toys, etc.

7.  ALL kids MUST remain in the Kid’s Room during classes.  

8.  Please be ON TIME for class.  This means dressed and ready to go!  If you are going to be late, please join us for a later class.
