Running logs are on the table in the kitchen for y’all to log your “MARATHON” running!

The Nutrition Challenge comes to an end on Monday, October 6.  Be sure to get weighed and your measurements taken by a coach when you’re at the gym on Monday.  Winners will be announced on Tuesday.
