“Barbells for Boobs” is on Saturday at 10:00 at CrossFit GroundSpeed in Rincon.  Registration begins at 9:30.  Everyone is encouraged to come!!!  The gym will be CLOSED on SATURDAY to support this fundraiser.

Yoga with Liz is back in action on Thursday at 6:45.  There will not be a 6:45 CrossFit class that night.  Be sure to bring your own mat.

CONDITIONING:

30 Straight Leg Sit Ups

30 Box Jumps (24/20)

20 Thrusters (75/55)

20 Push Ups

**2 Minute Rest**

3 Rounds:

10 Toes-to-Bar

10 Handstand Push Ups

**30 MINUTE TIME CAP**
