Today kicks off “Bring a Friend Week” at CFHT!!!  ALL friends workout for FREE, ALL WEEK!!!  Just arrive 10-15 minutes early so you can sign a waiver and the coaches can talk to you for a few minutes.  Can’t wait to meet all these new people this week!
