Don’t forget to gather your friends and get them to the gym this week for “Bring a Friend Week”!!!  We’ve met lots of new people these past 2 days….can’t wait to meet some more!!

Ryan will be at the gym this Saturday from 9-10am to conduct injury screenings for our athletes.  These are FREE of charge!

STRENGTH:

CONDITIONING:

Even:  8 Burpees

Odd:  ME Russian Kettlebell Swings (55/35)
