December is here!!  Be sure to stay dedicated to your training over these next few weeks.  It is easy to fall off the wagon with all the holiday hustle and bustle, but dedicate ONE hour a day to YOU and improving YOURSELF!!!!  We don’t want to see all your hard work go out the door!
