Thursday, December 18 will be our annual “12 Days of Christmas” workout at all classes!  There will be NO YOGA that night,  and there WILL BE a 6:45 CrossFit class.  Come dressed in your red and green!!

STRENGTH:

Weighted Chin Ups  2 – 2 – 2 – 2 – 2

CONDITIONING:

Every 2 Minutes for 7 Rounds

100m Run

8 Hang Snatch (95/65)

ME CTB Pull Ups

**1 minute rest between rounds**
