Thursday is our “12 Days of Christmas” Workout at all classes.  There is NO YOGA.  There will be a 6:45 CrossFit class instead.  Come dressed in your red and green!

STRENGTH:

Power Cleans  3 – 3 – 3 – 3 – 3  (progressive)

CONDITIONING:

125/100 Hand Release Push Ups for time

EMOM, stop and do 5 Air Squats
