REMINDER:  The gym will be CLOSED on Saturday due to the SoFit Competition in Pooler.  Come on out and cheer on your fellow CFHT athletes!  Festivities begin at 9:00am.

Going forward, please have your calculations for your strength cycle figured out BEFORE you come to class.  This will alleviate a lot of wasted time with calculators, and allow more time to lift heavy stuff!  

STRENGTH #1:

Front Squat  3 @ 60%, 3 @ 67.5%, 8 – 8 – 8+ @ 72.5%

STRENGTH #2:

Push Press 3 @ 60%, 3 @ 67.5%, 8 – 8 – 8+ @ 72.5%

CASH OUT:

60 Turkish Get Ups (55/35)
