REMINDER:  Muscle Up Clinic tomorrow at 11:00am with Kristle and Matt.  Athletes need to be able to do CTB Pull Ups and Ring Dips to attend.

STRENGTH:

CONDITIONING:

“Kettlebell Tabata”

8 Rounds:  20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest
