REMINDER: There is a meeting to discuss the CF Open on Saturday at 11:00am. We will be discussing the new schedule, how the Open is going to be run at CFHT, and convince those of you that don’t want to do it, TO DO IT!!!!

STRENGTH:

Deadlift  5 @ 50%, 3 @ 60%, 2 @ 70%, 1 @ 75%, 1 @ 80%, AMAP @ 85%

CONDITIONING:

21 Back Squats (135/95)

21 Kipping Pull Ups

15 Front Squats (115/75)

15 CTB Pull Ups

9 Overhead Squats (95/65)

9 Strict Pull Ups
