The Open Schedule starts this week and will go until 3/27/15.  It will be as follows:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday:  NORMAL CLASSES

Thursday:  830-930am and 4:30-6:00pm Open Gym; 9:30-10:30am and 6:00-7:00pm Mobility

Friday:  8:30 and 9:45am Class and 4:30-7:00pm Open Workout (no classes; warm up on own and do workout when your heat is called)

Please be sure to sign up for classes in MindBody, even on Friday nights so we know how many people to expect.

STRENGTH:

Deadlift  3 – 3 – 3 – 3 – 3 – 3 – 3+ at 75%

CONDITIONING:

EMOM, 15 Minutes

4 Thrusters (95/65)

4 Burpees

4 Pull Ups
