PLEASE NOTE:  There will be NO CLASSES on FRIDAY EVENING (July 3) and SATURDAY (July 4).  The gym will resume normal hours on Monday, July 6.  

STRENGTH:

Back Squat   1 @ 70%, 1 @ 80%,  3-3-3-3-3+ @ 85%

CONDITIONING:

EMOM, 16 Minutes:

Even:  100m Sprint, then ME Ring Dips

Odd:  30 Double Unders, then ME Overhead Lunges (45/25)
