Starting this Thursday, July 16, we will be offering Open Gym from 6:45-7:45pm. We will still have Mobility class at the same time, and Mobility will get priority over equipment, clock, music, etc. If you want to come in and work on something or do a workout, the gym will be available to do so. Please sign up for Open Gym in MB so the Mobility Coach can plan for how much space will be needed.
