P1 (Rabbit):  Row 250m

P2:  100 Wall Balls (20/14)

100 Box Jumps (24/20)

100 Ring Push Ups

Partner 1 rows 250m, while Partner 2 chips away at the wall balls.  Athletes switch exercises when P1 is finished rowing.  This continues until all 300 reps are completed.
