Partner Workout

1000m Row/150 Parallette Jumps

100 Pull Ups/150 Wall Balls (20/14)

100 Box Jumps (24/20)/150 Sit Ups

100 Hand Release Push Ups/150 Kettlebell Swings (55/35)

Teams may divide up work however they want, but you must finish the first couplet before you can move onto the next one.
