Strength: 

Accumulate 30 weighted ring dips

Conditioning:

6 x 200 m sprint (1 minute rest between each)

1 Minute Rest

3 x 400 m sprint (2 minutes rest between each)

REMINDER: Holiday schedule is as follows….

Monday – No change

Tuesday – No change

Wednesday – 8:30am, 9:45am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm

Thursday – CLOSED!

Friday – 10:00am only

Saturday – 9:00am Open Gym, 10:00am
