15 Minutes of Handstand Push Ups


“Death by Kettlebells and Burpees” for 20 Minutes:

Min 1:  1 KBS, 1 Burpee

Min 2:  2 KBS, 2 Burpees

Min 3:  3 KBS, 3 Burpees

And so on….

If you fail to complete the number of KBS and burpees in that minute, start back at 1 and work your way back up….
