REMINDER:  Next week begins our 6 week strength cycle for the Deadlift, Back Squat, and Push Press.  Please be sure you have a 1RM for those 3 lifts so you can get the most out of the cycle.  You can use Open Gym on Thursday or Saturday if you need to find these numbers.

CONDITIONING #1:

10 Minute AMRAP

8 Toes-to-Bar

8 DB Thrusters (45/25)

CONDITIONING #2:

4 x 400m Run (rest as needed between sets)
