REMINDER: Next week begins our 6 week strength cycle for the Deadlift, Back Squat, and Push Press. Please be sure you have a 1RM for those 3 lifts so you can get the most out of the cycle. You can use Open Gym TONIGHT from 6:45-7:45 or Saturday from 9:00-10:00 if you need to find these numbers.

SKILL WORK:

Tempo Push Ups

3 x 8-12 reps

CONDITIONING:

EMOM, 20 Minutes

Even:  :30 Plank

Odd:  ME Double Unders
