Tomorrow we will be doing the WOD to end Veteran’s Suicide at the 10:00am class. It will still be a partner workout, unless you prefer to do it alone, which is fine. It will be 22 reps of 22 movements, representing the 22 Veteran suicides a day. Please come out and support this cause!
