STRENGTH:

Back Squat

5@65%, 5@75%, 5+@85%

CONDITIONING:

5 Rounds

Minute 1:  3 CTB Pull Ups

Minute 2:  3 Front Squats (135/95)

Minute 3:  3 Burpees over the bar

**Increase by 3 reps, each round, for each movement, as long as you can.**
