Reminder – the schedule is a little different for the next five (5) weeks due to the CrossFit Open/Box Bash. 

Monday – Wednesday, Saturday – NO CHANGE

Thursday – 8:30am Class, 9:30-10:30am OPEN GYM, 4:30pm Class, 5:30-7:30pm OPEN GYM

Friday – 8:30am Class (CFO/Box Bash WOD), 9:45am Class (CFO/BB WOD), 4:30-6:30 heats for CFO/BB WOD. 

Strength – 

Back Squat – 3 @ 70%, 3 @ 80%, 3+ @ 90% of 1RM

Conditioning – 

21-15-9

Thrusters (95/65)
