REMINDER:  The schedule for Thursday is as follows:

830am and 430pm:  WOD

930-1030am:  Open Gym

530-730pm:  Open Gym

The HSPU Clinic is also tomorrow at 6:30.  Be warmed up and ready to start at 6:30.  

CONDITIONING:

10 Rounds

5 Pull Ups

10 Air Squats

20 Sit Ups

40 Double Unders
