Gymnastics – 5 sets of 8 tempo push ups

Conditioning –

2 Minutes for:

200 M run, then AMRAP of 12 KB Swings (55/35), 9 Box Jumps (24/20), and 6 Ring Dips with remaining time.

1 Minute of Rest

Endurance (6:45pm only) – 

1 x 800m Run

2 x 400m Run

4 x 200m Run

** Use your 1 mile time to determine your splits. Rest is 1:1 ratio. **
