It’s REGIONALS WEEK at CFHT!!!  We are going to be doing 5 Regional Workouts (or a very similar version of them) this week.  Let’s see how we stack up to these elite athletes.  Have fun with this guys!

STRENGTH:

Front Squats

5 @ 75%, 3 @ 85%, 1+ @ 95%

CONDITIONING:

104 Wall Balls (20/14)

52 Pull Ups
